Financial Arrangements

We feel everyone benefits from a clear understanding of our financial guidelines. Payments are expected at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. We will bill your insurance carrier for you with the request that copayments are made upon the completion of the service. We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, personal checks, or money orders.

Do not hesitate to ask about the anticipated cost of your treatment. A written estimate will be provided for all complex treatment and a written estimate can be provided for any routine procedures upon request. We will also send a pre-determination for treatment to your insurance company upon request.
